• Testing room

This is where we mostly conduct UT (usability testing), UR (user research), and other related activities.

– Five PTZ dome cameras
– Two MICs
– Table on which evaluation products are placed/set
– Cabinet for placing/setting and displaying products under evaluation
– TV monitor
– Loudspeaker

• Observation room

This is where incidents occurring inside the testing room are observed through a one-way mirror. The room includes the entire package of system including built-in videotaping and control gadgets.

– 4-channel acoustic mixer
– Camera controller
– Four monitors to ensure camera-by-camera output
– DVR system featuring video ethnography
– Two loudspeakers
– Desktop PC
